Dosage: Adults and Children 12 years of age and older: 1 tablespoon before meals and at bedtime. Continue use until tonic effect occurs, usually after 2 weeks.
Children under 12: Consult a doctor.

Warnings: Do not give to children under 12 years of age. For occasional use only. Not intended for use as a substitute for sleep. If fatigue or drowsiness persists or continues to recur, or if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 2 weeks, consult a doctor. Insomnia may be a symptom of a serious underlying medical illness.
