CAUTION: HIGH PRESSURE LIQUID AND GAS CAN CAUSE RAPID SUFFOCATION. MAY CAUSE FROSTBITE. CAN INCREASE RESPIRATION AND HEART RATE. Rx Only. WARNING: Administration of carbon dioxide may be hazardous or contraindicated. For use only by or under the supervision of a licensed practitioner, who is experienced in the use and administration of carbon dioxide and is familiar with the indications, effects, dosages, methods, frequency, and duration of administration, and with the hazards, contraindications, side effects, and the precautions to be taken. FIRST AID: IF INHLAED, remove to fresh air. If not breathing, give artificial respiration. If breathing is difficult, give oxygen. Call a physician. IN CASE OF FROSTBITE, obtain medical treatment immediately. Do not get liquid in eyes, on skin or clothing. Store and use with adequate ventilation. Keep cylinder upright when in use. Always secure cylinders to prevent them from falling. Close valve when not in use and when empty. Use with equipment rated for cylinder pressure. Cylinder temperature should not exceed 125F (52C). NOTE: suck back may cause rupture. Always use a back-flow prevention device in the piping. Always secure cylinder to prevent from falling. Use in accordance with Material Safety Data Sheet.
