A DUAL PURPOSE LINIMENT AND RINSE FOR USE ON SWELLINGS AND STIFF TIGHT MUSCLES
- High level of Menthol providing both heating and cooling effects
- Arnica to reduce inflammation
- Witch Hazel to decrease brusing
- Rosemary and Spike Lavender to increase circulation

Uses
A dual purpose liniment and rinse for use on swellings and tight stiff muscles.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Liniment: use undiluted and rub briskly onto area. Brace: use undiluted and rub lightly into the area and bandage loosely. Wash: use one part liniment to 20 parts water (warm or cold).
