Active ingredient

Bismuth Salicylate 262 mg/15 ml

Purpose

For Upset Stomach and Diarrhea

Uses

Temporarily relieves: diarrhea, traveler's diarrhea, upset stomach due to overindulgence in food and drink, including heartburn, indigestion, nausea, gas, bloating, fullness

Allergy Alert: Do not use if you are allergic to salicylates, including aspirin.  Taking other salicylates

Do not use if you have: An Ulcer, bleeding problem, bloody or black stool.

Ask a doctor before use if you have fever mucus in the stool

Ask a doctor before use if you are taking any drug for: anticoagulation (blood thinning), diabetes, gout, arthritis

Stop use and ask a doctor if: symptoms last longer than 2 days, ringing in the ears or loss of hearing occurs, diarrhea lasts more than 2 days

Shake well before use: Adults and children 12 years and over-1 dose-2 tablespoons or 30 ml every 1/2 to 1 hour, as needed

Do not exceed 8 doses (240 ml or 16 tablespoons) in 24 hours

Children under 12 years of age: Do not give to children under 12 years of age

Inactive Ingredients: Benzoic Acid, Citric Acid, Red 22, Red 28, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, methyl salicylate, salicylic acid, sodium saccharin, sorbic acid, water veegum
