Uninterrupted use of high concentrations of oxygen for long periods without monitoring its effects on arterial oxygen partial pressure may be harmful. Do not attempt to use on patients who have stopped breathing, unless used in conjunction with resuscitative equipment.

Federal law requires that this container be refilled with oxygen, U.S.P. only by establishments registered as a drug producer in accordance with Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.
CAUTION! For emergency use only when administered by properly trained personnel for oxygen deficiency and resuscitation. For all other medical applications, Rx only.

ALWAYS KEEP CONTAINER IN UPRIGHT POSITION.
WARNING: EXTREMELY COLD OXIDIZING LIQUID AND GAS. VIGOROULSY ACCELERATES COMBUSTION. CAN CAUSE SEVER FROSTBITE. COMBUSTIBLES IN CONTACT WITH LIQUID OXYGEN MAY EXPLODE ON IGNITION OR IMPACT.
Do not drop. Use hand truck for container movement. Keep oil, grease and combustibles away. Keep away from heat, flame and sparks. Use with equipment cleaned for oxygen service. Keep free from oil and grease. Do not get liquid in eyes, on skin or clothing. For liquid withdrawal, wear face shield or goggles, and gloves. Do not walk on or roll equipment over spills. Store and use with adequate ventilation to prevent oxygen accumulation. Close valve when not in use and when empty. Container discharge must be warmed to room temperature before breathing. Use in accord with Material Safety Data Sheet and manufacturer’s operation instructions for this container.
FIRST AID: IN CASE OF FROSTBITE, obtain medical treatment immediately.
