Purpose

Lubricant

Soothe Long Lasting Uses

■ relieves dryness of the eye

■ prevents further irritation

Warnings

For external use only.

Do not use

■ if solution changes color or becomes cloudy

When using this product

■ do not touch tip of container to any surface to avoid contamination

■ remove contact lenses before using

■ replace cap after using

Stop use and ask a doctor if you experience

■ eye pain

■ change in vision

■ continued redness or irritation of the eye

■ or if condition worsens or lasts more than 72 hours

If pregnant or breastfeeding

ask a health professional before use.

Keep out of reach of children

If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control

Center right away.

Directions

■ Instill 1 or 2 drop(s) in the affected eye(s) as needed or as

directed by your doctor

■ Use before expiration date marked on the carton or bottle

Inactive ingredients

Benzalkonium chloride (0.005%), boric acid, edetate

disodium dihydrate, purified water, sodium borate, sodium

chloride, tyloxapol. Hydrochloric acid and/or

sodium hydroxide may be used to adjust pH.
