Vitamin D3 10,000 iu is essential for absorption of calcium and necessary for healthy bones and a healthy immune system.

Warning

Children under 12 years and pregnant women should consult a physician.

Dosage and Administration:

Serving Size: One capsule once a week.

Take one capsule a week or as directed by your health care provider.
